Regional Science, Technology and Innovation Forum Bio: Prof. Maseko is a regional STI leader with experience moderating high-level policy dialogues on research funding, science diplomacy, innovation partnerships, and institutional systems strengthening.
Dr Khumalo has worked extensively on research funding strategy, science cooperation, and strengthening institutional mechanisms that enable councils to support innovation, policy influence and sustainable development.
